A month ago i added a skunk shrimp and a bi color angel to my tank and they both got along just fine, yesterday i added a tank bred clown. ( note the clown and angel were the same size) today i start doing a water change and notice the angel is dead with fin pieces missing. if this is the doing of the clown what is the best way for me to add more fish without there being anymore killing. And for the sake of the argument all my water perimeters are fine.

Well, clownfish are damsels and can be aggressive/territorial. With the addition of any new fish, there is a reestablishment of territory in a tank. How big of a tank are we talking about? This can pretty easily be an issue of not enough turf for both of them to co-exist.

I think the tank size played the major role in losing your angel. Just not enough room for them both to be happy with their territory. :-(
