Converting my 36 BF into salt water

Ideally you want the rocks placed In a way that water flows through them, they provide caves , for various fish and different tank mates to hide .
It seams a lot of people stack their rocks in a way that looks like they were dumped in. And not placed .
I think there is a name ( Berlin method ) correct me if I'm wrong but the rocks are used as the main or key part of the filtration .
Having the water move in and around the rocks .
