Coral lighting for 36g?

I also have a 36g bowfront tank that I want to use strictly for corals and inverts.
Lighting confuses the crap out of me....was wondering what your suggestions would be for A. Getting the most growth out of my live rock, and B. Sustaining purchased coral life
