Coralife lighting

Have a basic Coralife light. 6 months old. When I turn on it flickers then goes off. On one side of the 67000 k bulb it is very dark. Does this mean I just have a bad bulb or is ballast broke? I took the bad looking bulb out and tried to turn on the other bulb and again flickers once then turns off. Please help.

Happened to me when a little water got on it. I wiped off the water unplugged it waited a day and it worked

Replace both bulbs and it will work. Everything you described happened to me once, worked just fine after I got new bulbs.
