i have a tall 29g 78f i have two peppered and 7 green/gold corys five rosy barbs and 5 cherry barbs two filters air stone lightly planted tank plenty of hiding spots my green corys are extremely skittish and run away everytime i go up to the tank and are always breathing rapidly i feed them bug bites for bottom feeders and nobody picks on them any tips on how to get them to dtop being so skittish should i get more corys? i also do water change twice a week of 50% or one of about 70 a week

are the green cory new to the aquarium or long-time dwellers? if they aren't brand new Id need to do some more research but if they are I found a link that could help.

I have three panda Corys
If they are near the front feeding or, or just resting, I have approach tank slowly, preferably from the side.
Otherwise they will instantly swim for cover and hide when they see me
BTW, other fish do not bother them a bit.
So this sort of behavior for Corys is more or less normal.
