Could my 75 gallon reef tank already be cycled in 3 days?

Set up my 75 gallon reef tank 3 days ago and it has about 100 pounds of a mix of base and live rock. I tested my water today and the results basically say it's almost all the way cycled. Here are my results
pH: 8.0
Ammonia: .25 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 0

Please tell me what you think!

That looks to me like the cycle is just starting.

So you think these numbers will get worse for a little bit?

Yeah your ammonia should rise then nitrites. Then ammonia will drop and you will start to get nitrates. Once nitrites hit 0 again you are good to go. Keep us posted

agreed, it sounds like its just starting. have you added an ammonia source? or is the ammonia from die off or do you have fish in there yet?
