Cpo molting help

I got 2 cpos a couple of weeks ago. Pretty soon after i got them, one had a not great molt and part of his old head was still stuck on. (Knucklehead). The other came with no legs (No legs), but molted and grew them all back. Now a couple of weeks later, No Legs has molted again and is lookin bigger, but Knucklehead has not. Knucklheads shell is bright orange and looks old. I know this cuz he/she is wandering around the front of the tank, not looking for a molting spot.

Should i be worried?
