Crushed Coral Substrate and Boesemani Rainbows

I am planning to switch out my cichlids for boesemani rainbows or other types of rainbow fishes.

Will rainbow fishes have a problem with crushed corals as a substrate?

nope, those rainbows enjoy hard water (9-19 KH) and a ph of 7-8

Which freshwater fish can you recommend besides cichlids that will do well with a crushed coral substrate?

well live bearers also love hard water, so guppys, mollies, platies, and endlers

hmm blue gouramis also, but they can be a little aggressive.

but without testing your PH and your KH its hard to really say for sure, with you having crushed coral im just assuming the water has a somewhat high KH
