I have an apono bulb that has begun sprouting and i want to place it some where else in my tank. I just unburied it and it has a a bunch of roots maybe 1-1.5inches long.
Is it possible to cut these and replant and be ok? Will they gow back? Should i just replant them long?

It might slow it down some, but it's not going to kill it or anything.

I've always trimmed some of the roots some before planting to force it to grow new ones. That's what I was told correct me if I am wrong.
