A week ago I put in about 20 plants and have been cycling with fish food. Tank is balanced with 215 watt light on a 60 gallon and about 40 ppm co2. Plants are doing well so far but I noticed today that there are spider web like white hairs on the tanks glass. I'm not sure if it is a bacterial bloom or some type of algae but I haven't seen this before, anyone have any information as to what this is?

It's very hard to see and there's no way that a Picture will show it. Ph is 7. Kh is 4. Gh is 60 nitrites and nitrate are all zero but ammonia is about 1 ppm. Water is 23 Celsius. That's the best picture I could get. I don't know why the picture looks green but the water is very clear
