dead koi, please help

hi im new today and need HELP.
two of my koi have died and one is on its way out
the 3 fish have a white like skin flakeing off them i do not no what it is can sum1 tell me what it is and what to do

no have more in the pond and they seem ok i have taken one out that is still going but has the same white skin hanging off it
