Demasoni

i went to check to see what petsmart had in today, and i saw a demasoni in the mixed medium sized tank. i know they are supposed to be kept in large groups but i also know that they are usually hard to find and expensive when you do. my question is could i keep the one male in my mixed tank? and yes i know most people dont like petsmart but its all we have here.

I have one demonsi in my mixed African tank. No problems, although I've heard in groups, you need to go large. It's a gorgeous fish!

yeah, i figured that, but....upon second inspection i think he's either an interruptus or a hybrid johanni and demasoni..either way i couldnt pass him up he was too cool looking
