Dieing Amano Shrimp?!

I received my 5 amano shrimp in the mail on tuesday. There was 1 DOA and a shrimp that looked like he was about to die, he was very hazy and wasnt moving alot. Yesterday I started noticing that one of the amano shrimps was turning red and hazy. He died last night. I dont know what is causing this? This morning I noticed a shrimp that had a blueish tint to him does this mean he will also die soon? Did I get weak shrimp or is it me?

Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 10-20

My guess is that they probably had a stressful ride in the mail which might have weakened them. Did you just transfer them straight into your tank or did you acclimate them?

I acclimated them for like an hour

The ammonia caused by the dead one could have caused problems with the others. Could be poor stock too.
