different fish food

what kind of veggies can i put in my 55 gallon. i have cories, a clown loach, a bushy nose pleco, rainbow shark, rainbow fish, and a tetra. i have a carrot in there now but i dont know if they are going at it. any suggestions of other stuff will be appreciated

wafers, pellets, seaweed, h&h veggie flakes are just some.

Zucchini, cucumber, melons, oranges, broccoli, lettuce, spinach to name a few.
