Divided 15G Shrimp Tank

Hey guys, I'd like to divide my 15G tank into two separate sections to house CRS and CBS.

I was thinking of just using a single pain of glass as it would be the most effective to keep new born shrimp from switching sides. Do you think I could get away with one heater for both sides?

yeah the heat will transfer over easily since glass is a bad conductor of heat anyway.what are you going to do about the filtration for both sides though?

Both sides will have sponge filters that I'll be running in my established RCS tank for about 2-3 weeks.
