I need HELP!

Im trying to make a DIY CO2 system and dont know how to make the actual substance!
.
How much baking soda, yeast, sugar do I add? (The bigger bottle is 1.36 L) and what are the steps in adding it in the bottle? Its for a 20 GALLON!

I do 2 cups of sugar, 1 tsp or packet of yeast. I think it's a tsp of baking soda but not sure. There are many sites that give you the exact amount. Youtube has a lot of video's, check it out and good luck.
 
Mine works better without baking soda.
I use 2 one liters and use 1 cup of sugar and a heaping quarter teaspoon of yeast in each.
