Do Goldfish take time to adjust?

My new Comet Goldfish are all hiding on one side of the tank. They all look healthy, so do they just need time to adjust to there new tank? They seem to be hiding behind plants or my sponge filter.

Probably just need time to adjust although you could check water ammonia, nitrates, ph just in case. After a week I find they come out more to the feeding spot.
