I have a 37 gallon tank and run lights for 3-10 daily. I got i. Stocked with

5 lamp eye tetras
7 rumnynose
7 neon tetras
4 juli Cory's
5 gold bar
2 German rams

I've noticed a lot i algea( Brown colored) lately in the plants and glAsa. Would a pleco help? If so. What is a kind kind of like a bristle nose that is nicer? I have a 30 dollar gift card so Im William to pay a bit

Plecos won't eat brown algae. Your tank also seems a bit overstocked. Nerite snails will help here. Let's see what others say.

Is that brown algea?

I was thinking BBA, which plecos won't eat. They will eat that brown stuff, but they make ALOT of waste and your water will get dirty fast and since you are overstocked...

It looks like diatoms. Nerite snails would work. You could also get an oto or 2. They are small, but do a great job with diatoms.

Biofilm is the main staple of both Oto's and Nerites. Rarely do Oto's eat processed foods that are added to a tank. Every once in a blue moon will I find one of my 20 Oto's eating on the blanched zucchini I put in the tank every other day for my BNP and Whiptail cats.
