I have two golden dojo loaches and a goldfish in a tank. The golden dojos are a male and a smaller female. I recently bought a natural colored dojo loach that looks like an adult female (but could be a male) and I'm wondering if there could be any problem having them all in the same tank. Will the golden dojos still be fine with a non-golden dojo? What about if the new one is a male, will it be ok to have two adult males and a younger female?
At the moment the new dojo is by him/herself in a quarantine tank cuz she has some kind of scrape on her face. I'm using melafix (one teaspoon a day for 7 days) and when the sore clears up I'll add her/him to the tank.
