1. Type & how long you have had it:
2. Current lighting & Bulb Age: Ecoxotic LED's x 2
3. Nitrate: 0
4. Calcium: 420-440
5. Phosphate: unknown atm
6. Alkalinity: 10
7. pH: 8.2
8. Salinity: 1.026
9. Temperature: 82
10. Liquid or strip test kits: API
11. Location in tank: bottom
12. Current amount of flow: medium
13. Current tank dosing regimen:
14. Nearby coral: frogspawn, torch coral
15. Explanation of problem: Drooping stem
I've had this guy about 2 weeks now and he's always been drooping like this. His polyps do extend more than the picture however it's kinda sporadic. My phosphates are probably a little higher than recommended but my torch and frogspawn are doing okay.
Is this something I should be worried about? I do see some browning on his stem but that was there since the LFS. at first I thought the powerheads were tipping his rock but theres a definite crease in his stem. I think he moves side to side sometime too, any ideas ? thanks ~
