Does anybody know any cures for when a fish has dropsy?

Dropsy is usually incurable unfortunately. It is more of a symptom than a disease in itself. It can be a build up of fluid in the body cavity caused by organ failure. Salt baths and antibiotics can lessen the swelling. What type of fish and what sized tank? What's the parameters? Any other symptoms? Is the fish pineconing?
