I am going to use dry rock for my set up. My options where I live are base rock, pukani and ocean rock. Would one of these or even a mixture suffice?

You can do a mix without any real problems. I would check out bulk reef supply for their selection. Its really cheap which is nice.

Never heard of him I will have a look. I've been watching BRS TV so he will make a change!

So you don't have to have live rock at all to start? Just dry rock, salt water, and bacteria?

Yep. I have picked dry over live due to cost and the ease of being about to start out fresh. I can't justify £200+ on rocks!
