Just a general service announcement.

Despite what I've read, Ember Tetras do eat plants. At least HC. I don't know if the little leaves mimic small inverts but they've started to destroy my HC clusters. No other plants were affected.

It's a sad day BUT I was able to donate/relocate 30 Embers. Had to weigh the pros n cons. I just went high tech and have been looking forward to growing HC. The expense of the plants out weighed the Embers. Found them a good home and all 's well that ends well I guess.

Now looking for a small colorful school to replace. Chili Rasps ?

Happy Thanksgiving

I thought this was Déjà vu reading this again...lol

But I'm still in shock that embers would do that. I really wish you caught it on video so I can see for myself. My embers don't even mess with any plants, especially the HC.

Try some galaxy or harlequin rasboras.

It was painful to watch. Chunks were flying. I have Signifer Rainbows and Glowlight Tetras. Looking for reds or oranges to replace the Embers.
