Dwarf cichlids for community

Hey guys, I had my stock list all set up for my 36g tank with the centre piece being German blue rams then someone posted photos of their double red cichlids ( from memory that's the name) and I knew I would have to try them or another variety of dwarf cichlids.

I don't mind a little bit of aggression in my tank as long as it's not torturous for anyone.
Tank dimensions are 60cm x 45 x 50h
Planned stock list is

6x panda corydoras
10x glo light tetras
1x albino bristlenose pleco
Leaving room for what was going to be rams but I'm hoping to try something new.
So if the community has any suggestions on what species I could add I would appreciate it. Ideally I'm just after a pair

A pair of apistogramma cacatuoides would work great. They are a bit hardier and a great first apisto
