dying emperor tetra

I got five of these tetras about a week and a half ago. They were all doing good until I noticed one this morning not eating. Now, he has lost most of his color and is floating around the tank, barely swimming himself. My water parameters are all good and I have done my water changes

Is this a new tank? How long has it been set up?

It's been set up for about almost a year

It might just be weak stock. Without fail when I get fish from one of the big chain stores, I always end up losing one of them within a few weeks. Just lost a harlequin rasbora that floated around with the current for two days.

Alright. I did get them at petco. The other ones seem fine
