Ive been thinking of either adding extra light to my freshwater aquarium or replacing my t5 lights in my saltwater tank with the stunner led light strips, both tanks are 30 gallons, 1 tall 1 long, does anybody have experience with these lights?

He means so long as you aren't trying to keep coral or live plants going, they will be fine. The stunner strips are made just for aesthetic lighting, not functional lighting for growing coral or plants (i.e. photosynthetic creatures -- things that need photosynthesis to live).

I understand now my second question is i have blue and white t5 HO lights, what color should i add to make things pop and shimmer, i was thinking pure white

I think bule makes color "pop" and white should add shimmer but not too sure if thats actually how it works out
