I am at the end of temp treatment for ich with the addition of nox ich (malachite green)
When I noticed that one of mine emerald brochis has lost buoyancy and struggles to get up to the surface for a gasp of air. It maybe looks a bit skinny, and he breathes much faster than others. Stopped eating too. No other signs of illness, no bloating, no color loss. Maybe a little but this is due to temp and meds stress, other fish is stressed too and lost some colors.
So why would it sink like a rock to the bottom? Just like he would have his internal air sack busted.
I think he has air sack, does he?
It all happened within a day or two. If it took longer I just did not notice.
Any ideas?
:x
