Enough water Agitation?

Please suggest if my surface agitation is adequate for oxygenation. Its a 6 gallon. Live stock is shrimps and snails.

That should be enough agitation, especially with the lights. However, it might be smart to add an airstone that is set to run when your lights go off, CO2 tends to spike at night and shrimp like highly oxygenated water.

I see. Yes I like the idea. Specially its heavily planted. I have some spare air pumps and stones in storage. Just tank is very small and I don't like bubbles in tank but I like your idea to turn on at night. Thanks a lot.
