4 juvenile fancies in a 55g with 10x filtration .. what to do?

what's a safe temp to raise the water to?
lights of 24/7 correct ?
will full gravel vacuums everyothet day be sufficient?

IMO treating with just salt and not heat is the way to go. Goldies can handle more salt then tropicals. You want to use .3% salt. I'll get back to you with the calculation :)

Edit:
55g is approx 200L
You want 3g of salt per 1000mL/1L
3 x 200L = 600g of salt
Dissolve it in a container of tank water and add 1/4 of the solution every 12 hours.
Keep the tank warm (not too hot for your goldies) to speed up the ich life cycle a bit.

You can raise the heat a bit but dont go beyond 80f. Salt is the best choice for goldies- just make sure you add it very gradually so they have sufficient time to adjust to the increasing salinity.
