I have 6 black skirt and 3 white skirt tetras in a 29 gallon tank. One of my black skirt tetra is fat. I did give it medication and it did help now it is not bloated from the sides. I do fast the fish for 1 or 2 days. Everytime I feed it she bloated badly. What does this look like? What can I do? The water in my tank is fine. The readings are fine so don't ask that. This is my biggest fish it is huge for a black skirt tetra. This is the only fish like this Thanks

If all other tankmates are apparently normal and doing fine on the provided diet, then the noted bloated Blackskirt might simply have a genetic tendency towards obesity.
As long as he is eating and otherwise acting normally, likely no worries.
