Hi all,

I have a pair of polleni, a big male and smaller female. They bred about 9-10 weeks ago (I have about 100 nice babies left, I've moved them all to a different tank except about three). Recently the male took a big chunk out of the side of the female. She doesn't seem to mind (she is still hanging right next to the male) but I'm worried she might develop an infection or other problem.

Do you have any advice to get her healed up?

You can see the white bite area in this picture (forgive the dirty glass I recently removed most of the decorations so I could more easily keep an eye on them)

Lots of healthy water is all she really needs. Fish have amazing abilities to heal themselves from injuries with nothing special necessary. Just keep an eye out for any signs of infection or fungus.
