Fin rot?

Not sure what this is was looking for some advice. It's a 150 gallon I do weekly water changes water parameters at 0 nitrite 0 ammonia 10 nitrate and 7.2 ph temp 79 degrees 5 silver dollars 6 clown loaches this 15 inch pleco and a Chinese algae eater. It was just noticed yesterday not sure if its fin rot or maybe the loaches are nipping at him all the loaches are small biggest being 4 inches and the dollars are mostly small one large on around 6 inches and a second one 4 inches rest are 2 inches tops. Any advice would be helpful I don't like to use chemicals ever so as far as I go is Pima fix and mela fix usually but if general opinion is I should quarantine and furan2 or tetracycline him then I will I have a 30 gallon hospital tank I just don't want to stress him unnecessarily

O and the face picture is the white spot above his eye and his lips are a little busted up and also I have added aquarium salt at 1/8 normal dose I don't agree with salt with loaches or catfish but a friend swears by it and he owns his own pet store so his opinion is sometimes taken lol

Honestly I would just keep an eye on it. Many minor injuries heal fine with just clean water. If its gets worse, doesn't start to heal or starts growing fuzz/fluff then consider medications.

Spreading to face any opinions? Erythromycin tetracycline furan 2? Quarantine
