Hey, I have a 3ft fish tank and I have lots of algae on my sand, is there a fish that will eat it or just move my sand around so it's not so visible

I have a conch and it is FABULOUS! It works at night, and during the day you'll see it sitting completely still with one eyeball poking out.

I'm not sure what algae it is, it's brown and it's like on the substrate and Walls, I can't get a shrimp because I have a leopard wrasse

It is either diatoms or dinoflagellates. How old is your tank? If you check out that link from reef cleaners you will be able to id the algae and go from there. If it diatoms it will burn out and if it is dinoflagellates then you will have to do some water changes to keep ahead of the stuff and figure out what is causing it.
