My opaline gourami has been look off for a few days. I thought he over ate or something till he started to look a little more disfigured. I have never seen this b4 plz help

Sorry about your Gourami, though I have never experienced this problem I did find a link to a thread that may help answer your question. This fish in the link looks to be suffering from same issue Sick Gourami!!!! FAT BELLY.. Hope this helps
