fish hurt by net?

I was grabbing my molly from my 10 gal to move into my 110 and he kinda got pinched between the glass and the net in the effort to grab him. When he was release in the new tank his spine was bent and kinda just staying there now hes doing better playing with the other mollys will he be ok? this common or am i a moron?

It would be wise to be more careful next time perhaps...

Keep an eye on him. Clean water is probably the best thing. If he starts having trouble, I'd separate him so he's not being chased by other fish.

just a update hes much more active now i think he still had a little shock from the tank but seams ok soo far
