Fish not eating

Im worried. I have about 20 cichlids in my tank. All of them go nuts at feeding time but one (all are healthy) I do not see anything wrong w the one fish that isnt eating. Ive had him and 2 others for about a wk. The other babys take to the food just fine. Any suggestions? Could he just be shy?

Cam you take some good photos of the fish so we can have a look at it?

Does it hide a lot?

Is it a female?

Yes he/she hides all the time.

How big is it? Is it possible that its a female thats holding?

Could this happen to be one of the two fish you thought may have been breedng?

No the other female is eating. This one just hangs behind filter. Should I get rid of him?

I found him at the bottom of tank this am. I didnt see any ich on him maybe it couldve been stress? All of my other fish are healthy.
