Hey guys so for Fish right now I have a. Parrot cichlid, chocolate cichlid and severem cichlid I'm currently feeding them cichlid flakes is there a better food for them I wanna give them the best food for them

Hello, I would get them pellets instead. They are more consistent then flakes and make less of a mess. Get ones with no cheap fillers such as flour. I currently use nutrafin cichlid sinking pellets for my baby jd. You could get the bigger types

My oscar eats both. Floating pellets are better as it gives them more time to get it before it sinks unless you have no substrate. You can also feed frozen food like bloodworms or krill and beef hearts as a treat
