alright actually i think i will just wait till in the morning when i normally add some purple up and just watch it that will do the trick then when i feed my fish some flakes i will watch those as well

I wouldn't add purple up either. There is better things to spend your money on, in my opinion of course.

well i have been using it because it helps my coraline keep up with my purple sea urchin who seems to never stop munchin on it plus i have some dead coral rock thats slowly gaining coraline in my tank i am just trying to help it out

I have two urchins in my 55 and the coraline does fine.. Once your tank gets a little older, you should see a huge difference. I'm just not a fan of adding things I don't need, but that is only my personal preference.
As for the water flow, use thawed frozen food, it will sink and swirl around with the water flow.
What makes you think you are having issues, or are you just curious?

i just re adjusted my flow and i am just courius i am just trying to figure out if my corals are in right water flows scince i adjusted
