food for the blues??

So yeah, my job is basically sitting a truck for 12 hours, about 4-5 days a week. And I just got done reading hours of info on feeding of Africans...

Everything points to feeding only a high quality pellet/ flake. Veggies are alright, if fed properly, but are not needed due to the high quality of the food available.
Little is known about bloat causes, but it's known that pretty much any worm, frozen critters, or meat from a warm-blooded animal meat will increase the chances of it.

how does everyone think i should do the blood worms? once a week? less?

i def dont wanna hurt my fish & i plan on more mbunas so i wanna be careful

i thought this was funny

& my new life spectrum has spirulina in the ingredients

but i noticed i got the large fish formula instead of the cichlid .. hopefully its the same-ish lol
