Hey what's up everyone? This morning I was checking out my tank and I noticed these two things in the bottom of a live rock. So I flipped the rock over. Any ideas what these are?

The first is aiptasia, which is a pest and should be killed with Joes Juice or AiptasiaX. I don't know about the second one, sorry

Second is a sponge.
