I'm three weeks into my fishlish cycle and have started to think about what fish to start off with. I'm not sure if I'm going fish only or a combination of fish and corals. The good news is, I've been reading a book on Marine fish and all my favorites so far are reef compatible.
Can I add corals with the equipment I'm using now?
What would be some good (low maintenance) corals to start off with?
Existing equipment:
92G corner w/20G Sump
Ehiem Pro II canister filter
ASM G-1 Protein skimmer (runs in sump w an in-line 700Gph return pump)
36" Current USA SunPaq (4 compact fluorescent bulbs:96W Dual daylight and 96W Dual Actinic)
2 Hydor Koralia PHs (had them for awhile, not sure what the flow rate on them is)
100-150lbs of live rock
2-3" live sand base
tank temp. currently set at 78.8 degrees (F) two heaters, no chillers.
