I received a new shipment of fish a couple weeks ago, they've been on quarantine since. But, last week I noticed the foxface develop a few yellow pimple things. At first I suspected the beginning of ich. But they haven't changed or progressed. And they look larger than ich, and they're yellow. So I'm not quite sure if this is a parasite, or just an infection? The other fish in the quarantine tank don't show any symptoms. Here is a picture, it's the best I could get.
