Frogspawn Dying

I have been having my frogspawn for almost a year, and about two or three days ago it did not look good anymore, the tentacles were no longer fluffly and full, and there is tisse regression. My hammer and other frogspawn is doing great. The coral looked great last week.

All my water perimeters look good.

Any ideas on how to save this coral?

If,every thing else is good, may b try to feed it

Looks like that head is dead, I would remove it and hope for the best with the other one
