Frogspawn secreting brown strings

I bought a frogspawn yesterday, the polyps are extended and look happy but today I saw some brown strings come out of it, while I was taking the picture my six line wrasse came up and ate it. Is my coral ok? Also will my six line be ok? Does anyone know what this is or has anyone seen this?
