Its my understanding that fronts need to be in groups and can reach 14". That being said I think the smallest possible tank long term would be a 6' x 2' 180 Gallon.
Not a good idea, mbuna are hyperactively social fish, likely to stress out the front's. Also consider, front's are predators, and will likely eat the mbuna when they grow large enough.
I saw pics on another forum, of a yellow Lab that had lived with front's for a couple years, then one day there was half a yellow Lab.
