if there is a litter of fry Zebra Danios in a peacefull community tank, will thar be canabalizm going on in thar.
I have
75 gal

2 Green Corries
2 Albino Corries
2 Pepper Corries
6 Zebra Danios
6 Neon Tetras
4 Swordtails
4 Platties
4 Rasboras
3 Guppies
3 Mollies

Are they still considered fry

2 1/8" swortail looking fish swimming partly in open and sometimes hiding

With that mix... will be surprised if the eggs hit the gravel.

Just lost my last danio offspring from my original batch of adults... 2.5 years old. Breeding can and will happen, but they'll have to have their own space. Even the danio adults will eat the fry if they see them, so cover is important.

That's something I would have a problem with, raising fish to feed them to other fish. I know it has to be done, but I couldn't do it.The ones that can are a lot stronger than I am.

it depends on size of female,if this is her fisrt birth, etc for how many shen can have. you turned your fish vegitarian? thats not very good, seeing as most fish are omnivores.
