Fuzzy red worm like creature

So I was performing a water Change and I saw this not so little guy in my tank. He's at least 6 inches long and looks like a worm if some sort. He moves a lot and can move quickly. He hides in this liverock and I have absolutely no idea what he is. Please help! Thanks

Bristle worm, harmless and beneficial member of your cuc, though large ones like that are generally due to over feeding
 
I just got some BWs on a star polyp frag, I personally think they're ugly and I do not like them, but I left them in because they're beneficial. If you decide you don't like them then take him out, but be careful and use pliers or another tool to grab them, do NOT use your hands. Their spines hurt like a bee's sting.
