GH & KH conversion help

So I bought test strips as that was my only option where I live without a week long wait for shipping - my question is how do I convert the triple digit reading from the strip GH(0-180)KH (0-240) *ppm (mg/l)* to the single/double digit readings I see everywhere. YES I will be getting a liquid test kit once the strips are gone but right now a TDS pen is first on my list.

Divide the GH by aprox. 17 [17.86] to get German degrees.
Same for KH I believe..
