Ghost shrimp insides turning black

Hello all I noticed this morning that my ghost shrimp have changed appearance, not sure what it is all about but wondering if someone here has seen this before.
I have a 36 gallon with a few tiger barbs, BN Pleco, and 10 ghost shrimp.

Hopefully the picture was uploaded correctly and ull be able to see the problem, it occurred on a total of 3 of the 10 ghost shrimp so I'm wondering if they should be quarantined in case it's a shrimp disease or possibly some colorization from the bloodworms not sure looking for some input

Haha they're right. That's their stomach right there and all the food that goes into it you can see.
