i got a 3ft tank which is to big for my sideboard so can i use normal hand glass cutters or do i need something else considering its 10mm tougherned and where can i get it with out paying to much also im in england so pls dont say a usa shop or something

How do you know it's toughened? Normally fish tanks aren't made out of this glass. If it is indeed toughened then you won't be able to cut it. It will shatter as soon as you try to score it. Hope this helps

If that's your plan your best bet would be to just build a tank instead of trying to shorten an existing one

Also, if it is less than about 100 gallons it would probably be cheaper and easier to just buy a new one at a pet store.
